United States President Donald Trump arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday for a state visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he was received by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Presidential Airport. The visit commenced with an official welcome ceremony, featuring a ceremonial escort by UAE military jets. As the US presidential aircraft entered UAE airspace, the escort squadron established radio contact to request permission to accompany the aircraft to its destination.
