Preventative maintenance campaign encourages families to address wear early and plan vehicle care around the demands of daily life
ABU DHABI, UAE, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As families return to the school run, Al MasaoodAutomobiles is encouraging drivers across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra to prioritise preventative maintenance, identifying small issues before they disrupt journeys or affect safety.
The return to school changes how households use their cars. More frequent short trips, fuller vehicles and busier roads around drop-off and pick-up times place greater emphasis on reliability. An unexpected breakdown can interrupt school and work schedules, making routine checks a practical part of managing family mobility.
Vehicle upkeep also has a place in household planning. Understanding a car’s condition allows owners to identify maintenance needs and organise servicing around everyday commitments. Addressing wear early gives drivers an opportunity to deal with smaller issues before they develop into more significant problems, while keeping attention on performance and safety. Owners can then factor servicing into regular household budgets.
Tyres are a particular focus because of their role in handling, braking and overall road safety. Al MasaoodAutomobiles is urging Nissan owners to give tyre condition regular attention as daily driving increases, rather than waiting for warning signs to appear.
Harmeet Singh, Aftersales Director at Al Masaood Automobiles, said: “The start of the school term changes how families use their cars day to day, with more frequent trips and less room for the unexpected. Preventative care is the most effective way to avoid it. A quick tyre inspection or health check can catch small issues before they turn into bigger ones, and that is exactly what this offer is designed to support.”
To support preventative care, the authorised Nissan distributor has introduced Back-to-School Aftersales offers that include complimentary vehicle health checks and tyre inspections by Nissan-certified technicians, alongside special tyre prices starting from AED 995. The checks are designed to give owners a clear picture of their vehicle’s condition and identify issues before they affect its performance or safety.
The offers are available at Al MasaoodAutomobiles‘ Nissan service centres across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra. The campaign encourages owners to maintain these habits beyond the start of term, helping keep vehicles reliable for daily journeys throughout the year.
