Pro-crypto legislation aimed at fostering the industry in the United States may encourage investor confidence, while broader economic indicators could also play a role in Bitcoin’s future performance.

A potential easing of inflation toward the Federal Reserve’s 2% target is one factor that could support Bitcoin’s rebound. Lower inflation would provide the central bank with a rationale to cut interest rates, a move that typically benefits riskier assets such as cryptocurrencies.
